Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. We do not sell your information.
Last updated August 4, 2026
1. What this covers
This policy covers information collected through this website and through the services we provide to you. It applies to visitors who fill in a form, people who email us, and businesses we work with.
2. Information you give us
When you submit the free audit form or contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name and trade
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your preferred day and time window for a call, and your time zone
- Anything else you choose to write in the message field
- Your consent selection and the fact that you gave it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a third party form delivery service. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
At the time of this policy's last update, this site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may add standard web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use this site and improve it. If we do, those tools may collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and general location based on IP address. You can opt out of most analytics tracking through your browser's privacy settings or the analytics provider's own opt-out tools. If our analytics setup changes materially, we will update this section to reflect it.
4. How we use your information
We use what you give us to:
- Prepare your free competitive report and marketing audit
- Contact you to schedule and hold the call you requested
- Deliver, operate, and support the services you engage us for
- Send follow-up communications about your inquiry, subject to your consent
- Keep records, handle billing, and meet our legal obligations
Phone, text, and email contact is covered in more detail in our Data Usage Policy, including how to opt out.
5. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it. That includes form delivery, email, hosting, telephony and messaging providers, AI model providers that process conversations on your behalf, and professional advisors.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of people involved.
7. AI processing
Some of our services use AI to answer calls and website chats. Where that applies to your business, conversation content is processed by AI model providers to generate replies and summaries. We configure those services for business use and do not authorize your customer conversations to be used to train public models.
8. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. Client information is kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting, and dispute-handling purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep
- Withdraw consent to phone, text, or email contact
Email contact@glideui.com and tell us what you want done. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor those where they apply.
11. Children
This site and our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected here.
