Data Usage Policy
This page explains exactly what the consent checkbox on our form means, what we will contact you about, and how to make it stop.
Last updated August 4, 2026
1. The consent you are giving
The free audit form includes a checkbox that is unchecked by default. You have to check it yourself. It reads:
I agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from GlideUI regarding my free audit and marketing services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Checking that box tells us you agree to be contacted at the phone number and email address you provided, by the methods listed, about the inquiry you submitted.
2. Consent is not a condition of purchase
You are never required to agree to marketing calls or texts in order to buy anything from us. If you would rather not receive texts or calls, email us instead at contact@glideui.com and we will work with you by email only.
3. What we will contact you about
- Scheduling and confirming the free audit call you requested
- Delivering your competitive report and audit findings
- Following up on that conversation
- Service updates and support if you become a client
- Occasional information about services we offer
We do not sell or share your number or email with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Calls
By giving us your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree that GlideUI may call you at that number about your inquiry. Calls may be placed by a person or by an automated or AI-assisted system. You may withdraw consent to calls at any time by telling us on a call, replying to any message, or emailing us.
5. Texts and message rates
By consenting, you agree to receive text messages from GlideUI at the number you provided, which may include automated messages. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and whether you become a client.
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us, and depend on your plan.
6. How to opt out
You can stop contact at any time, and there is no penalty for doing so.
- Texts: reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts.
- Texts: reply HELP to any message for assistance.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply and ask.
- Calls: tell us on the call, or email us and ask to be removed.
- Everything: email us and ask to be removed from all contact.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages that are necessary to deliver a service you are actively using, such as a scheduled appointment confirmation. You can end those by ending the service.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
8. What happens to the data you submit
The information you enter on the form is delivered to us by email and used to prepare your audit and contact you. Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how to ask for deletion.
We keep a record of the consent you gave, including the fact that you checked the box, so we can show that contact was authorized.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we contact people or what we contact them about, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
